Job Summary:
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of industrial equipment, machinery, and systems. This role requires both electrical and mechanical expertise to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, and facility equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems.

Install and maintain motors, drives, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, and other production equipment.

Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and equipment history.

Follow and enforce all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and lockout/tagout procedures.

Collaborate with production staff and management to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.

Assist with new equipment installation and upgrades as needed.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
