RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Prospecting

Maintain consistent email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach, aligned with BD team strategy and monthly KPIs.

Utilize Apollo.io, Salesforce, and other tools to identify decision-makers, pipeline gaps, and new opportunities.
Pipeline Development
Sponsor & CRO Engagement
Collaboration & Internal Coordination
CRM Management

Ensure that all outreach, contacts, opportunities, and status updates are accurately documented in Salesforce.
Qualifications
Required
-
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or inside sales (life sciences, biotech, or clinical research strongly preferred).

Strong communication skills, professional, concise, and confident when speaking with sponsor-level stakeholders.

Proficient in CRM systems

Experience with prospective tools such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar.

High attention to detail and willingness to learn clinical research fundamentals.

Preferred

Experience in clinical research, healthcare, or the life sciences industry.

Understanding clinical trial operations, feasibility, and site roles.

WORKING CONDITIONS
This job operates in a remote environment with occasional site visits. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and scanners. Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.
