WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - AUDI JACKSONVILLE

Job Summary:

The Warehouse/Parts delivery Associate has the opportunity to interact with thousands of Clients, focusing on building loyalty by developing trust and confidence in Audi Jacksonville as a caregiver for customer vehicle safety and reliability. This role requires passion for taking care of the client, creating, and helping maintain a positive experience.   

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Controls receipt of inventory
• Identifies and reports all overages and shortages 
• Stocks parts and accessories in correct bin locations
• Notifies appropriate personnel of receipt of all special orders
• Performs inventory test counts as directed by management
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards
• Loads and unloads parts and equipment to and from truck
• Delivers parts and equipment to customers, vendors, and other locations as required by the dealership
• Picks up parts and equipment from customers, vendors, and other locations as required by the dealership

Required Skills & Abilities:           

• Professional appearance
• Possess the ability to multitask
• Have a keen sense to detail
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• The ability to safely maneuver a high-top delivery van throughout the city  
• Experience in a dealership or similar environment
• Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events
• Keeps current on new products and product updates
• Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner, reporting safety issues immediately
• Reliability/Attendance is consistent
