Who You Are:

A Director in Solutions Management is responsible for all aspects of client account management; including maximizing client savings by adding additional services into scope, identifying new and creative ways for PRP clients to save additional dollars and client retention. This position requires leaders with both strategic and operational / tactical expertise. Collaboration across departments and with PRP leadership is a critical element of this position. Building trusted advisor relationships with clients’ C-level leadership and key stakeholders is a necessity for success which is accomplished through the effective management of implemented client savings programs. Objection handling and the ability to resolve complex situations is required. This is a leadership position, so management, training and development of team members is a key responsibility

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding department and personal performance to key performance indicator goals
  • Sell new projects and renewal contracts to existing clients with a high level of urgency via:
    • Building meaningful relationships with C Suite executives
    • Identify and continually deliver new value to existing clients
  • Maximize client savings achieved and value to retain targeted accounts after initial engagement
  • Maintain C-level engagement by meeting regularly, in person, to confirm savings achieved, obtain approval to implement additional savings and build trusted relationships
  • Identify, track, manage (define root cause and effective counter measures), and quickly resolve project issues
  • Establish, maintain, and track performance through dashboards that reflect contributions from all team players
    • Responsible for owning and keeping up to date new project and renewal forecasts
  • Leadership and management responsibility for 2-4 direct reports
  • Evaluate and mentor staff, fostering personal as well as professional growth resulting in team retention, direct reports being promoted and taking on more responsibility
  • Establish productive working collaborative relationships with partners in other operational groups within the company
  • Quickly garner internal resources from all departments to collaborate with and find a way to keep projects moving forward when faced with adversity
  • Identify and lead company and department improvement initiatives through to implementation
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to gain knowledge, ensure inter-departmental cooperation, and adopt best practices to execute client initiatives
  • Partner with clients to ensure compliance to service agreement

Qualifications

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting or a related field
  • 4+ years of management/supervisory experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experienced in Microsoft office suite
  • Sales ability with a track record of working with C-level clients
  • Attention to detail with strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Ability to lead others to complete complex projects on time
  • Very high degree of urgency
  • Proven ability to handle objections to finalize audit categories with client
  • Alignment to company values
