What You Need:
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in desktop/help desk support, preferably in a cloud-first environment.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Office 365 environments.
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory, Intune, and basic Azure services.
- Experience with Azure Portal - VM creation/support, user provisioning, IAM management
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and Office 365 Administration
- Familiar with basic security & privacy principles (MFA, IAM/Access Control, Asset Management, phishing, data protection, encryption)
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and administration
- Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Azure Fundamentals.
- Experience with Intune admin center and Exchange admin center.

The salary range for this position is: $69,000-$95,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, education, qualifications, and applicable employment laws.
