Constellation Kids is looking to add a School-Based Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to our team who will work collaboratively with the school team and other therapists to provide services to children, including intervention in small group and individual sessions. They will also provide documentation and reports at IEP meetings.

Role Overview:
Aligned with the school calendar, the COTA will provide services to school-aged children, conducting evaluations, implementing interventions, leading small group sessions and collaborating with school teams and therapists. Attendance and contribution to IEP meetings are integral to this role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in assessing students' functional development and implement individualized therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to the Occupational Therapist and educational team.
