Make a Difference Where It Matters Most
At Rawhide Youth Services, we believe that true healing comes from engaging with our clients in unique and transformative ways. As a Therapist in one of our outpatient clinics, you’ll have the opportunity to provide therapeutic services in a supportive environment that includes the use of equine-assisted therapy. This role allows you to deliver compassionate care in spaces designed to foster healing—outside the home and school settings. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that values in-office comradery and collaboration, all while offering a wide range of therapeutic approaches such as trauma-informed care, play therapy, group therapy, as well as other modalities.
This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to change lives by using innovative therapies that meet clients where they are, allowing them to heal in ways they never thought possible. You’ll create safe, welcoming spaces for youth to thrive, combining traditional therapy methods with the healing power of horses.
What You’ll Do:
- Therapeutic Engagement: Provide individualized therapy services, including equine-assisted therapy, trauma-informed care, play therapy, and group therapy to youth and their families.
- Continuous Growth: Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and consultation, continuously developing your skills and staying at the forefront of therapeutic practices.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise and confidential clinical records, and collaborate with the administrative, billing, and credentialing teams to handle insurance paperwork efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work in a supportive, team-oriented clinic environment that emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and a shared commitment to helping our clients thrive.
