As a key member of the Executive Leadership team, you will drive scalable, measurable growth by leading Buffini & Company’s demand generation strategy — integrating brand, performance marketing, and lifecycle engagement to acquire, nurture, and convert customers across all channels. This leader connects marketing strategy to revenue outcomes, ensuring that every campaign and initiative aligns with Buffini’s mission of helping people win in business and in life.
Key Outcomes

1. Pipeline Growth & Revenue Impact
· Generate a predictable pipeline with clear attribution from marketing activities to sales outcomes.
· Achieve CAC payback within 6–9 months and sustain healthy LTV:CAC ratios across all products.
· Increase qualified inbound leads by 20%, supporting growth for coaching, SAAS products, training, and events.
2. Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
· Build and execute a data-driven demand generation plan that integrates brand, digital, event, and content marketing.
· Create and Implement marketing automation and lead-nurture systems that improve conversion and retention.
· Optimize campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, and partnerships.
· Deliver quarterly growth campaigns aligned with product launches, leadership events, and major sales pushes.
3. Marketing Operations & Analytics
· Establish a unified marketing performance dashboard that reports on pipeline, CAC, conversion, and attribution.
· Improve lead quality and tracking accuracy through CRM and marketing tech stack optimization.
· Develop a forecasting model for lead generation and campaign ROI to support leadership decision-making.
4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
· Build and mentor a high-performing growth and demand generation team with clear goals and accountability.
· Foster strong alignment between Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Coaching and Product, ensuring a seamless buyer journey.
· Develop a culture of testing, learning, and iteration, encouraging innovation across campaigns.
· Maintain 90%+ team engagement and retention through clear vision, collaboration, and recognition.
5. Brand Expansion & Market Positioning
· Expand Buffini’s presence across new customer segments and verticals.
· Develop co-marketing programs and partnerships that increase reach and awareness.
· Position Buffini as the leading voice in relationship-based business growth through earned media, PR, and strategic visibility.
