POSITION SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for all tasks assigned by the Director of Operations and Project Development and/or the Maintenance Manager. This will include being on site to handle all facility maintenance and small projects assistants to support the operations of TerraNova Land Management, LLC.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: but not limited to projects assigned to support the Maintenance Manager. Projects assigned could include the following:
- Support the upkeep of the buildings and infrastructure, ensuring they function effectively and safely.
- Support for daily repairs, maintenance, and small renovation projects.
- Provides routine maintenance tasks, addressing issues with building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.), and responding to emergency repairs, as qualified.
- Support maintenance plans, preventative maintenance
- Support minor installations and project upgrades.
- Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and orders as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
- Maintains cleanliness of facilities during repairs and small projects
- Supports material acquisitions and deliveries as requested by management
- All other tasks assigned to support facility operations and functionality of buildings and infrastructure onsite for staff and guests.
