 What You’ll Be Doing
We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Analyst, Mid to support operational performance and compliance efforts by conducting reviews, audits, assessments, and policy analysis. This role plays a key part in enhancing program efficiency, ensuring data integrity, and supporting decision-making through insightful reporting. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills, and a collaborative approach to improving internal processes and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct document reviews, program assessments, and system audits to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Analyze records to identify sensitive, confidential, or mission-critical information.
- Collect and compile data in response to formal requests, audits, and internal reviews.
- Assist in the development, documentation, and enhancement of policies and procedures.
- Support data collection efforts and generate reports to assess performance and identify trends.
- Contribute to the creation and revision of training materials to support organizational learning.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase workflow efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned, in support of operational and strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of clerical and data management procedures
- Skilled in data analysis to support program goals
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with visualization tools, Power BI and/or Tableau
- At least two (2) years of specialized experience, demonstrating:
- Ability to research and analyze issues affecting program operations.
- Proficiency in collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data related to program performance.
- Experience identifying and proposing changes to improve policies, standards, or workflows.
- Skill in preparing reports that communicate program effectiveness.
- Familiarity with monitoring project tasks, schedules, and budgets under close guidance.
Other Requirement(s):Â This position requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Government public trust level security clearance.
