We’re seeking a Vice President of Corporate Marketing who blends strategic vision with hands-on execution across both performance and brand marketing. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, deeply experienced in data-driven decision-making, and skilled at turning insights into marketing strategies that drive measurable growth, elevate brand equity, and support the full customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals, revenue targets, and product roadmaps.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to align go-to-market (GTM) strategies across the funnel.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, leveraging insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
Brand & Positioning
- Own and evolve the company’s brand architecture and market narrative across all products and segments.
- Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all channels, with a particular focus on differentiation in the dental and acute care spaces.
Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
- Lead a high-performance growth and demand generation engine to deliver high-quality pipeline at scale.
- Oversee paid media, SEO/SEM, ABM, webinars, content syndication, and campaign performance across channels.
- Leverage a strong analytical framework to measure effectiveness and optimize ROI.
Lifecycle & Customer Marketing
- Build a lifecycle marketing function that drives engagement, expansion, retention, and advocacy across customer segments.
- Partner with CS and Product to support onboarding, upsell, renewal, and NPS programs.
Team Development & Operations
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top marketing talent across multiple disciplines.
- Implement scalable processes, technologies, and workflows to drive marketing efficiency.
- Own marketing budget, planning, forecasting, and vendor management.
