Mallory is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team!

Inside Sales Representative Job Duties:

  • Prospecting and Lead Qualification - Identify, research, and qualify potential customers through outbound calls, email, and CRM activity.
  • Pipeline Management - Maintain and update opportunities in CRM, ensuring accuracy in stage, forecast, and activity tracking. 
  • Customer Engagement - Conduct discovery calls, product discussions, and follow-ups to move prospects through the sales cycle. 
  • Collaboration and Handoff - Coordinate with outside sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth transitions and fulfillment of customer needs.
  • Performance Metrics - Meet or exceed daily activity, conversion, and revenue goals using data-driven insights to improve efficiency and results.
  • Resolves customer complaints and questions by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by working with suppliers, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

 

 

Inside Sales Representative Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience or account management
  • Must have experience selling safety products in B2B or industrial within the public safety division (government, military, law enforcement, or fire department) to be considered
  • Must have proven experience in bringing in new accounts
  • Safety equipment sales required 
  • Safety and industrial distribution experience required
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills across a variety of platforms
  • Self-starter spirit and proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Intermediate to Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (including Dynamics), CRMs, and other company software platforms
  • Analytical Mindset - Comfortable interpreting reports, tracking KPIs, and using data to improve performance.
  • Intermediate to Expert knowledge of Salesforce or similar systems
  • Technical Aptitude - Ability to quickly learn product lines, safety equipment, and customer applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
