We're looking for a consumer-obsessed Ecommerce Growth Manager to lead the charge on turning traffic into engaged, loyal, high-value customers. You’ll serve as the voice of the customer across the company—walking in their shoes, navigating the site like they do, and uncovering every friction point, drop-off, and hidden opportunity to win them over.

This isn’t just ecommerce ops—it’s about growth hacking consumer behavior through experimentation, analytics, and digital creativity. Your north star? Conversion. Subscription. Retention. Loyalty.

You’ll live in the data, test relentlessly, and implement the strategies that unlock customer lifetime value—especially within our high-potential doctor-referred segment.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the Shopify storefront experience end to end—from first click to repeat purchase—with a lens on removing friction, driving conversion, and maximizing engagement.
  • Build and execute an ongoing testing roadmap (A/B, multivariate, user flow tests) to improve conversion, boost subscription signups, and lift customer lifetime value.
  • Be the internal consumer whisperer—identify what real customers want, what’s stopping them, and what nudges them toward higher-value behaviors.
  • Design, implement, and refine subscription journeys, especially for consumers entering via doctor referrals—focus on ease, trust, and long-term stickiness.
  • Collaborate across marketing, creative, product, and support to build smart upsell, cross-sell, and reactivation touchpoints that feel natural, not pushy.
  • Analyze customer behavior across sessions, devices, and channels to uncover patterns, anomalies, and “aha” moments that spark action.
  • Define and monitor growth KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, RPV, LTV, churn, etc.) and lead initiatives that move the needle.
  • Translate data into insight and action—tell stories with numbers and rally others to act on them.
  • Work fluidly with contractors and devs to turn ideas into launched site experiences, with clean specs and tight timelines.

How You’re Wired:

  • You think like a customer, not just a site admin—and you can spot what's broken, missing, or off from a mile away.
  • You see growth as a puzzle to be solved—and you love running experiments to find out what works.
  • You're energized by data, but not paralyzed by it—you know how to move fast while learning along the way.
  • You’re just technical enough to collaborate effectively with developers, and just strategic enough to push toward big goals.
  • You're not afraid to ask "Why?" five times—or tear down a flow and rebuild it if it means better outcomes.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • 3–6 years in ecommerce, DTC, or digital growth roles.
  • Hands-on Shopify experience (Shopify Plus a bonus), and knowledge of tools like GA4, ReCharge, Klaviyo, or similar.
  • Experience with A/B testing, user behavior tools (e.g. Hotjar, Crazy Egg), and interpreting customer journeys.
  • Comfort with basic HTML/CSS and working closely with developers and designers.
  • Proven results growing subscription programs, optimizing retention, or scaling ecommerce revenue.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to champion the customer while aligning cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience growing a doctor- or practitioner-referred consumer segment.
  • Background in lifecycle marketing, onboarding flows, or loyalty/rewards programs.
  • Copywriting chops or UX instincts that help you shape customer-facing messaging and flows.
