Job Overview
CRS Temporary Housing is seeking a Graphic Design and Marketing Specialist to play a key role in shaping and elevating our brand presence. This creative and detail-oriented professional will support internal marketing initiatives across multiple departments, with a strong emphasis on graphic design, content creation, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in visual storytelling, layout design, and brand consistency across digital and print platforms.
In addition to developing marketing materials, the Graphic Design and Marketing Specialist will also support our Continuing Education (CE) Program by moderating virtual CE classes and managing attendee credits and certificates approximately once a month.
This hybrid role will complete new hire training on-site, and thereafter is anticipated to work two days per week at our Phoenix office, located in North Central Phoenix. The remaining days may be completed working at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design and maintain visually compelling marketing and sales materials, including brochures, presentations, social media assets, and digital campaigns.
- Develop and edit creative assets such as infographics, email templates, landing pages, and branded collateral.
- Source and edit high-quality photography and stock imagery to support marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate on brainstorming sessions for new marketing campaigns, sales tools, and digital content.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, style, and design across all channels.
- Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage and schedule content for CRS’s LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram accounts.
- Create engaging content to drive audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategy as needed.
- Email Marketing & Website Support
- Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, segmenting lists, and tracking performance.
- Support website content updates, blog posts, and video integration.
- Continuing Education (CE) Class Support
- Moderate 1 virtual CE class per month, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
- Process and distribute attendee credits and certificates post-session.
- Update and refine CE course materials as needed.
- General Marketing & Administrative Support
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to fulfill marketing requests.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing KPIs to measure campaign success.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging design/marketing technologies.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing department.
