CRS is an industry leader with 35+ years of history as a trusted partner to insurance carriers, assisting their policyholders in times of crisis.   

  • Temporary Housing: We coordinate accommodations during time of crisis after a home displacement event until the policyholder returns to their permanent residence. 

  • Managed Repair Program (MRP): Our service connects carriers, policyholders and contractors, enabling a quality and efficient restoration process for the damaged property.

Our office is in North Central Phoenix.  *********We are seeking local Phoenix candidates only.*******

The majority of our positions work a hybrid schedule.  After the initial training, you will be required to come to the office on a regular hybrid schedule, and periodically for training and/or meetings.  Computer and phone equipment will be provided. You must have reliable high-speed internet service and a suitable workspace at your residence.

Summary:

The Project Manager serves as a key shared resource responsible for driving the execution of projects across the organization. This individual ensures projects align with company strategy and are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to define, implement, and continuously improve project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to facilitate teamwork, alignment, and clear communication.

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Define project scopes, objectives, deliverables, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation schedules.

  • Assign tasks and coordinate project team members from various departments to ensure accountability and effective progress.

  • Regularly communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive leadership.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk registers, status reports, and change logs.

  • Identify potential project risks or roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Adjust plans and priorities in response to changing business needs or project constraints.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing full project lifecycles—from initiation through closure—with demonstrated success.

  • Effective team leadership skills with the ability to foster trust and collaboration across diverse teams.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); intermediate to advanced skill level required.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service and stakeholder engagement.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, CAPM  or equivalent strongly preferred.

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in a business/professional setting.

  • Minimum of 2 years of direct project management experience, preferably in a cross-functional or matrixed environment.
