Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Training in construction, HVAC, electrical preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of one (1) year working experience in maintenance.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- General maintenance skills required.
- Ability to understand written directions.
