Job Summary:
Mainspring Recovery is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead the HR function across our organization. The Director of HR will design, implement, and manage programs that attract, retain, and develop top talent while ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations. This role is a key member of the leadership team and will partner with executives and managers to drive organizational culture, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities include:

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and compliance.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, and EEO regulations).

Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and selection.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop, update, document, and implement Corporate and HR policies and procedures in alignment with corporate standards. Ensure ongoing compliance across the organization.
Working Conditions:

Primarily in-office setting with regular interaction and site visits across all departments.

Approximately 10% travel required to locations where subordinates are housed; overnight travel necessary.

Occasional evening and weekend work required for meetings, training, or urgent staffing needs.

Regular exposure to confidential employee and client information.
