Empire Truck Sales, LLC is proud to be one of the largest Freightliner and Western Star Heavy Truck Dealerships in the Southeast. With our new state-of-the-art facility opening soon in Saint Rose, LA, we’re looking for a friendly, professional Receptionist who excels in customer service, thrives in a supportive role, and communicates with ease.

Location: This role begins on-site at our Slidell dealership for training, then transitions to the new Saint Rose location.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact—answer, screen, and forward calls using our switchboard system.
• Greet visitors warmly, determine their needs, and direct or escort them to the right department.
• Provide information about our facility, services, and team members.
• Keep daily logs for mail distribution and visitor/staff entry.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of professional clerical or administrative experience (or equivalent education/training).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and web-based programs.
• Professional appearance and friendly, courteous attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and professionalism under all circumstances.
• Ability to think logically and problem-solve effectively.
