Job Description:
Neat Companies has an opening for a Logistics Clerk! This position is responsible for the strategic planning, direction and routing of Neat Companies trucks. Our goal is to deliver products to our customers in the most efficient, timely, and cost-effective manner and to fulfill the company’s promises to their customers and in meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations.

Duties:
- Routing of trucks based on size of order, appointments, product size, and placement needed
- Once routed, orders are compiled within Epicor, load sheet designed, and exported from Epicor to TMW
- Loads are then checked in TMW that all stops and product is accounted for before being sent out to the drivers.
- Communicate with sales and TSC. Make changes and additions to orders per TSC and other customers
- Communicate with drivers with whatever issues they may have
- Other duties as needed

Requirements:
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple conflicting priorities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Energetic, adaptable and flexible with the ability to learn new skills and industry knowledge quickly
- Good people management and coordination skills and able to display tact, diplomacy, and calmness when dealing with tired/disgruntled drivers
- Excellent geographical knowledge
- Prolonged sitting, occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling and twisting
- Occasional light lifting and carrying up to 10 to 20 pounds
- Repetitive hand motions, frequent keyboarding and use of mouse, operation of 10-key calculator, telephone and similar machines Â
