Job Description:
Neat Companies is searching for a highly motivated self-starter to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of our offices, along with restocking supplies as necessary.  Our normal business hours at our various locations are typically between 7:00 am – 4:30 pm ET.  While some cleaning can be done during business hours, most will need to be on a flexible schedule either before or after but will still be 40 hours per week. Must have reliable transportation to travel between facilities with mileage report maintained and paid monthly.
Duties:
- Maintaining overall cleanliness of offices, by tidying, dusting & disinfecting surfaces
- Vacuuming and/or sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning and disinfecting restroom facilities
- Picking up, emptying and taking out all trash around offices
- Restocking disposables
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to travel between facilities
- Experience preferred, but not necessary
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Ability to walk and stand 8+ hours
- Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform duties and responsibilities of this job, including being able to lift up to 50 lbs.
