- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- A minimum of three years of administrative experience in a school, including an understanding of the college admissions process, or not-for-profit experience preferred
- Prior experience working with upper-school children preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, including discretion, patience, and confidentiality
- Skilled communicator, both on the phone, in-person, and in writing
- The ability to multitask in a busy, fast-pace office of eleven people
- A collegial attitude and demonstrated ability to work in teams
- Model Kinkaid’s four core values (honesty, responsibility, respect, and kindness) in interactions with all members of the community
- Eagerness to grow professionally and remain current within the field
- Demonstrated experience with databases management, record keeping, Google Suite, and inDesign
