We are looking for a QA Lead to join our GetInsured team. GetInsured is the leading provider for state-based marketplace technology with more experience than any technology provider transitioning states off healthcare.gov and implementing exchanges. We are dedicated to helping as many Americans as possible easily find and enroll in affordable health insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Assurance of one or more large sub-systems or an entire product.
- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Organize and manage the team, processes, and execution to deliver high quality releases.
- Develop and implement QA strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Establish and maintain robust QA processes, including defining quality standards and procedures. Help create best in class processes for SW QE.
- Oversee test execution, monitor progress, and report on test results and defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, operations, release) to identify, prioritize, and resolve quality issues.
- Work with external teams to plan and complete integration testing.
- Manage UAT with internal & external teams.
