Job Description:
We are looking for a senior professional to manage release communication with the State exchangs powered by the GetInsured platform. This is a critical customer focused role involving coordination with subject matter experts (product managers), customer support engineers, functional leads, developers, QA, Information Security experts, and operations to ensure consistent, orderly, and timely customer communication about roadmap, defects, releases, hot fixes, security patches. The position demands not only good understanding of the domain of health insurance and compliance, but also deep cross functional experience and strong communication skills. It is a critical customer focused role.
Primary responsibilities:

Take ownership of up to three State exchanges as their Release Manager

Coordinate with product managers, customer support, QA, Information Security team, and development teams for tracking and closure of action items

Engage with customers for roadmap management, defect fix scheduling, releases, hot fixes, and infrastructure updates

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing

Automate release management processes

Create ad hoc reports and release related analytics
