Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree and four years of progressively responsible experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to hear and problem solve with employees in a compassionate manner.
Demonstrated analytical, strategic, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Intermediate to expert user of Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
HR certification, PHR/SPHR or SHRM CP/SCP
Experience practicing HR in an educational setting

COMPENSATION:
The salary range is $145,000 to $155,000, based on education and years of experience. This is a 1.0 FTE position eligible for benefits. A retirement program matches up to 6% of an employee's salary after one year of service in a 403(b) plan.
