Compensation: $66,500 - 76,000 plus benefits

Position Summary
The Development Manager is a key team member in Advancement, stewarding our Annual Fund efforts with a focus on growing our list of small to mid-level donors —those whose sustained generosity anchors the health and impact of our $2.5M annual fund. This role is both strategic and hands-on, collaborating with the Advancement team on planning, donor communications, and fundraising events.

Annual Fund Stewardship: 25%
Mid-Level Donor Engagement: 50%
Donor Recognition & Reporting: 5%

In partnership with the Development and Communications Associate, ensure timely, personalized acknowledgment of gifts at all levels with a special focus on handwritten notes and impact storytelling for mid-level donors.
Database & Systems Management: 5%
Events: 10%

Support planning and logistics for donor and cultivation events, including prep materials, RSVPs, and day-of coordination. Events include the annual Arc Breakfast, the WorkLife Awards, art shows, and Employment Inclusion Night

With support from the Advancement team, this role is responsible for cultivating and soliciting event sponsorships from corporate partners to raise a minimum of $177,000 by June 30, 2026.
Cross-Team Collaboration: 5%
