Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma
- Six (6) months of Customer Service experience
- Bilingual (fluent in English & Spanish) a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong organizational skills with a great attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to follow processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
- Strong decision-making skills
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- One (1) year of experience
- Experience with Retalix, Extend Data, Ibright GPS Tracking system a plus
