Palm Beach Atlantic University (PBA) invites applications and nominations for a visionary and mission-driven leader to serve as Assistant/Associate Professor of Philosophy of Religion and/or Associate Dean for Academic Affairs in the School of Ministry. The Role
The successful candidate will bring a deep commitment to Christian higher education, a passion for Philosophy of Religion scholarship, and the administrative acumen to support academic excellence across the School of Ministry. This position combines strategic oversight of academic programs, curriculum development, faculty support, and accreditation processes with teaching, mentoring, and research.
Key Responsibilities:

Leads academic program planning, scheduling, and assessment.

Supports faculty development and evaluation.

Coordinates accreditation documentation and compliance (ATS, SACSCOC).

Teaches undergraduate courses in Apologetics and graduate courses in Philosophy for the M.A. in Philosophy of Religion program and related disciplines.

Mentors students in academic, professional, and spiritual formation.

Collaborates with the Dean and university leadership on strategic initiatives.
