Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Master’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in a sales leadership position.
- 7+ years of sales experience.
- Proven work experience as a Director of Sales or similar role.
- Experience within cosmetics, beauty, or personal care is highly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
- Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Robust leadership abilities and an innovative, entrepreneurial attitude.
- Impactful strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage sales budget.
- Ability to develop sales training programs.
- Monitor market and competitor activity.
- Communicate and foster relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of and insight into market trends, with an ability to think strategically.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
- Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
