Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Associate’s Degree or 1-3 years’ experience in the manufacturing environment, or combination of both education and experience
- 1-2 years of working experience in marketing or related field
- Project management experience is desirable to remain on-task and accurately track all projects with competing priorities
- Experience in cosmetics or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry preferred
- Combined experience within marketing, ecommerce, and retail experience is highly preferred
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Knowledge of current beauty trends, social media trends, and marketing tools
- Knowledge of Retail industry is a plus
- Eagerness to continuously learn with a passion for beauty is highly desired
- Ability to analyze data and infer/deduce conclusions
- Both analytical and creative mindset
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written
- Ability to connect, build, and maintain relationships, and stimulate discussion with a goal to collaborate and align
- Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point
