Role's Mission:
Kids Care staff is responsible for providing a safe, loving, and Christ-centered environment for kids during Thursday morning and/or evening adult Bible Studies and other church events.
Role’s Reporting Relationship:
This position reports directly to and is supervised by the campus Kids Care Director.
Role’s Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of kids at all times, following established Kids Care policies and procedures.
- Implement the age-appropriate activities, including games, crafts, stories, and Bible lessons provided by the campus Kids Care Director.
- Communicate openly and clearly with parents regarding their kids’ needs and any concerns. Maintain good communication with fellow Kids Care staff.
- Keep the Kids Ministry area clean, tidy, and organized.
- Help with diaper changes, feeding, and other daily care needs. Be prepared to assist with emergencies.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and Christ-like behavior in all interactions with kids, parents, and staff.
- Be willing to assist with other duties as needed.
Kids Care Schedule: Kids Care is offered at three campuses. When you apply, you will be asked your preferred campus and if you can work any or all shifts at your preferred campus.
- South Campus Shifts: Sundays 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm, Tuesdays 6:00 pm – 8:15 pm, Thursdays 8:30 am - 1:30 pm, Thursdays 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
- West Campus Shifts: Sundays 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm, Thursdays 8:30 am – 1:30 pm, Thursdays 6:00 pm – 8:45 pm
- Fort Worth Campus Shifts: Sundays 4:00 pm – 6:45 pm, Thursdays 8:30 am – 1:30 pm, Thursdays 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
