As a Plant Protection Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. We are looking for team-oriented individuals with strong communication and customer service skills. Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or the military is preferred, but on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine patrols of the facility and surrounding property
- Monitor surveillance systems and maintain situational awareness
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, effective manner
- Write clear and concise incident reports and daily activity logs
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to all guests and employees
- Enforce site-specific policies and procedures
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when needed
