Behavior Technician

ROLE:

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Technician (BT) to join our team. The BT provides direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors in home, community, and school settings.. The RBT reports to the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect and record data on client behavior and training programs
• Provide crisis intervention as needed
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and their family
• Other duties as assigned by BCBA
