About the position
We’re offering a rewarding long-term career opportunity to work with all levels of the Kiddie Academy® Educational Child Care corporate team and our franchisees as they make an impact in developing Kiddie Academy locations in communities across the country. As the National Director of Real Estate Contracts, you will be responsible for overseeing the Regional Director of Real Estate Contracts, assisting franchisees with consummating real estate agreements using a lease or purchase agreement for new locations.

Your Skills and Experience:
- Working knowledge in the franchise industry.
- Commercial real estate transactional experience: retail, office and other commercial real estate primarily focused on commercial-retail real estate.
- Experience with commercial real estate leases, contracts, and purchase agreements.
- Ability to negotiate business terms of a commercial lease or purchase agreement.
- Excellent communication skills & ability to lead.
- Ability to travel 5 to 10%.
