Technical Recruiter 
Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Hybrid – In-Office 3 Days/Week)

TGW Logistics Group is a leading global systems integrator of automated material handling solutions. We’re seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team at our North American headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, HR, and senior leadership across our North American operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer support.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels—job boards, social media, and professional networks—to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Partner closely with HR and leadership to forecast staffing needs, fill high-volume positions, and proactively build talent pipelines.
  • Analyze current recruitment processes, identify inefficiencies, and lead improvements to enhance effectiveness.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive data-informed recruitment decisions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

What You’ll Bring

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent of 3 years’ experience as a recruiter or TA professional, required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, required.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or material-handling environments, preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient with a variety of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-directed, proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Ability to remain seated at a desk for extended periods.

  • Regular movement throughout the office environment.
