Technical RecruiterÂ
Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Hybrid – In-Office 3 Days/Week)
TGW Logistics Group is a leading global systems integrator of automated material handling solutions. We’re seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team at our North American headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment efforts and serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, HR, and senior leadership across our North American operations.
What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer support.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels—job boards, social media, and professional networks—to attract high-quality candidates.
- Partner closely with HR and leadership to forecast staffing needs, fill high-volume positions, and proactively build talent pipelines.
- Analyze current recruitment processes, identify inefficiencies, and lead improvements to enhance effectiveness.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive data-informed recruitment decisions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent of 3 years’ experience as a recruiter or TA professional, required.
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, required.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or material-handling environments, preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient with a variety of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-directed, proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
