Role Overview:
As Store Manager, you'll oversee daily store operations, drive sales, mentor your team, and ensure top-tier customer experiences. This leadership role requires enthusiasm, attention to detail, and the ability to build a positive, productive store culture that reflects the Miner’s mission and values.
Location: San Luis Obispo County
Salary Range: $70,000–$95,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, 45 hours/week, including weekends/holidays
Responsibilities Include:
- Full responsibility for store operations, team leadership, and performance
- Staff scheduling, development, and performance feedback
- Customer satisfaction, safety, and visual merchandising
