Inside Sales/ Customer Account Manager 

Job Summary

Haulaway Storage Containers has dynamic sales team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value to our customers. We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our team and help us maintain and grow client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture existing business relationships, assisting with all aspects of the rental process.
  • Drive referral business by building our brand with current customers and encouraging new customers through referrals.
  • Target new business opportunities within the trades, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and framing, to capture business from other companies on construction sites.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with existing clients.
  • Grow current and prospective account revenue.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Perform regular check-ins and maintain communication with assigned client accounts through calls, emails, etc.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven, yet thrives in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Construction industry experience, account management history and bilingual all a plus.

Physical Requirements:
