Qualifications/Requirements: Possession of a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a college or university program accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, or like body is required. Five or more years related work experience with at least three of those years performing administrative, management or supervisory duties. Licensure in the state of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Must have excellent oral and written communications skills. Thorough knowledge of homelessness, housing, and other social service issues. Knowledge of individual psycho-social assessment, case management, and treatment processes, and group counseling techniques, and community resources. And familiarity with developing and managing budgets, grant writing, and human resources policies and procedures. Computer skills e.g., MS Word, Excell, PowerPoint, etc.
Physical Requirements of the Job: Position requires significant time sitting, standing, walking, going up and down stairs, some lifting of objects weighing less than 25 pounds, and traveling between offices.
