REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience or educational equivalent in Thrift Store production/procedures.
- Knowledge of merchandise and market values.
- Have a working knowledge and skills in administrative policy and procedures.
- An ability to supervise staff effectively.
- A working knowledge of safety codes, procedures, workers compensation, liability insurance issues and human resources.
- Must have good public relations, marketing, merchandising and customer service skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL WORK DEMANDS:
- Stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis.
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Must be available to work weekends.
