What You Bring
· Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
· 2+ years of experience in social services, housing assistance, case management or community-based work.
· Strong understanding of housing systems, tenant rights, local resources, and Los Angeles Coordinated Entry Systems (CES).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, cultural competency and ability to work independently in the field and manage a caseload.
· Proficiency in documentation and client tracking systems.
Bonus Points For
· Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages
· Experience working with vulnerable populations (e.g., veterans, youth, survivors of domestic violence)
· Knowledge of trauma-informed care and harm reduction principles
