Summary: The Marketing Coordinator upholds the overall brand image of Elite and provides support to the sales team, while helping target Elite products to clients and prospects. The Marketing Coordinator is a creative individual with effective communication skills who thrives on solving problems, sharing ideas, and juggling multiple projects. The Marketing Coordinator is expected to participate in an atmosphere that promotes trust, creativity, open and honest feedback, accountability, and personal development. The job is fast paced and will require excellent communication, time and task management skills. Success in this role will require open and honest feedback to all members of the team at all times.

Essential Duties:

 

  • Create and design new print material and update existing material for sales, marketing, and advertising purposes.
  • Maintain website and revise all product and other online information, including design and copy, as necessary.
  • Create spreadsheets and keep track of project details and related information.
  • Analyze data and reports and incorporate into marketing materials and presentations, both internal and external
  • Evaluate current market trends, stay up-to-date with local and industry publications, and make appropriate sales lead recommendations.
  • Design and create collateral for in-house training programs.
  • Effectively incorporate social media into the overall marketing program.
  • Marketing and Social Media Content creation as needed
  • Creates and Maintains weekly Marketing Email Campaigns
  • Supervision of seasonal marketing intern
  • Maintains relationship with marketing contractor(s) and their needs
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned

Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school in marketing or graphic design; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills: Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress, Web browsers; Web Analytics; Adwords; email marketing; and project management software. Experience creating social media posts. Basic understanding of photography, photo editing, and print production.
