✨ What You’ll Do

Lead and inspire our Front Desk team (Front Desk Agents, Reservationists, Night Auditors).

Ensure guests are greeted with warmth, efficiency, and genuine care.

Handle scheduling, training, and performance coaching for your team.

Oversee reservations and front office operations to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Respond to guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Support brand standards and hotel policies, ensuring seamless daily operations.
✅ What We’re Looking For

Bilingual skills are highly valued and considered an asset

Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred.

Familiarity with PMS systems like Opera is a big plus.

Knowledge of IHG/Holiday Inn Express brand standards preferred.

Strong financial and organizational skills, plus a genuine love for teamwork and service.
