Summary:
The purpose of the Internship program is to assist Jayhawk Community Partners (“JCP”) in its operations related to campus-wide corporate sponsorship initiatives. The position will have a 12-month term and report to the Executive Director with management oversight by the Director of JCP Sponsorship. This position will assist in sales support for JCP Sponsorship through research, proof of performance compilation, and presentation development in Digideck. Additional responsibilities will include graphic design, account management in SponsorCX, fund and ticket tracking, and assist with other special projects for the Executive Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify prospective leads for JCP Sponsorship through research utilizing tools provided by JCP
- Management of Digideck and SponsorCX software tools utilized by JCP
- Capture proof of performance photos and data to upload into department management software
- Assist in JCP office administration including invoice management, updating campus calendars, client communication including monitoring of JCP inboxes, amongst others
- Assist in coordinating and submitting beverage orders with pouring rights partner and tracking funds associated with pouring rights partner
- Assist in management of JCP websites including working with IT on updates
- Graphic designing for office initiatives
- Oversight of Student Ambassador program for campus partners
- Other duties as assigned
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and various digital devices, including, but not limited to: cell phone, printer, copy machine, and other related devices. This job requires flexibility and adaptability in schedule and the ability to perform job related duties on short notice.

Hours of Work:
This is a part-time position. Days and hours of work will vary based on the needs of the position. Early morning, evening and weekend work maybe required. Average work hours per week may not exceed 20 hours, or 999 hours per year.
