At Hawke.AI, we're looking for a dynamic leader who can transform complex enterprise implementations into seamless customer experiences. As our Technical AI Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our AI platform's adoption, ensuring our technology delivers meaningful business impact from day one. This role offers a unique opportunity to own the complete customer journey while directly influencing our product roadmap based on real-world feedback and insights.


The Technical AI Product Engineer who blends the strategic thinking of a Product Manager with the technical depth of an AI Engineer. Take full ownership of our AI tool’s product roadmap, manage stakeholder communications, and also dive deep into implementation—whether it’s building models, refining system architecture, or features.

Qualifications

  • Own and define the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.
  • Gather user feedback, analyze usage data, and prioritize features accordingly.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear user value and customer-facing features.
  • Manage internal and external communication around product strategy, timelines, and updates.
  • Lead product demos, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
  • Serve as a technical voice in product conversations and a product voice in technical conversations.
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for new enterprise customers
  • Act as a product owner during implementations, balancing speed with quality
  • Collaborate with external/internal teams to shape product improvements
  • Demonstrated ownership over full-cycle project delivery involving cross-functional teams
  • Experience engaging with customers or end-users in a hands-on, solutions-oriented capacity
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly and solutions are iterated on the fly
  • Emphasis on designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable AI-driven solutions.
  • Proven track record of shipping high-quality code and successfully completing projects in challenging environments

Job Qualifications:

 

  • 2–6 years in technical customer-facing roles, product implementation, or as an early team member at a startup.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—personable, responsive, and proactive
  • Strong passion for solving real-world business problems and delivering measurable impact through AI solutions
  • Previous founder or early-stage operator experience
  • 2-4 years with AI and coding experience
  • Bachelors degree a plus
