● Learning from Lifecycle Marketing Campaign Managers' best practices of the Lifecycle channel, developing strategy capabilities
● Supporting all Lifecycle Marketing campaign managers to analyze Lifecycle Marketing KPIs and identify trends to develop strategies and implement optimization tactics
● Compiling and updating dashboards of Lifecycle Marketing KPIs including but not limited to: automation performance, list growth, AB test results, etc.
● Working with Lifecycle campaign managers to implement, QA, and edit email templates (HTML or WSYWG) within various ESPs
● Troubleshooting custom HTML and QA utilizing an Email Testing platform (i.e. Email on Acid, Litmus, etc.
Job Skills:
● 1 year of digital marketing or lifecycle marketing experience
● Experience working within a Project Management platform (i.e. Clickup, Asana, Basecamp, etc)
● Hands-on experience with ESPs such as Klaviyo, Listrak, Pardot, Mailchimp, Sendgrid, Hubspot, etc
● Experience with or understanding of web analytics (Google Analytics, Triple Whale or similar)
