QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of banking experience required
- Experience in retail banking, deposit operations or branch administration strongly preferred
- Well-developed communication skills and the ability to speak effectively with customers in person and on the phone
- Exemplary customer services skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Professionalism in dress and communication
- Proficiency with PC including Microsoft Office products and office equipment
- Familiarity and comfort with banking systems
