You Are:

You Will Make an Impact By:
- Ensuring thorough patient education and counseling about refractive, laser and surgical procedures.
- Scheduling refractive, laser and surgical procedures for patients; oversees maintenance and distribution of schedules.
- Educating patients on financial responsibility, and answers questions on financial documents and ensures patients sign any necessary consent forms.
- Answering patient phone calls regarding questions or concerns.
- Providing other related services to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Communicating with supervisor and/or surgeon regarding potential patient concerns
- Making follow-up calls to potential refractive candidates.
You Have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred
