Always There In-Home Care is a home health agency locally owned and operated by a RN. Our company provides an array of home health services to pediatric patients as well as seniors including Private Duty nursing, Skilled nursing, Respite care, flexible family support services, and personal assistant services. The duties will include matching qualified caregivers with clients and making sure that the client's needs are met with potential caregivers. You will be handling scheduling issues, cancellations, and other issues in ensuring our clients are receiving proper care and coverage. Excellent customer service is a must, because you will be engaging with our clients and caregivers on a day-to-day basis.
* WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO WORK MONDAY- FRIDAY 8A-5PM. THIS POSITION INCLUDES AN ON-CALL ROTATION 1-2 DAYS/ WEEK AND 1 WEEKEND A MONTH (4 week rotation cycle) *
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and resourceful Staffing Coordinator to join our team in the industry. As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the staffing process, making sure our clients have adequate coverage with qualified caregivers, coordinate training, assist with staffing, and more. You will work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent. Your ultimate goal will be to build a strong and diverse team that can deliver exceptional results.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma required. College degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in management, staffing or an office setting
- Strong knowledge of what it takes to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Health Care and Social Assistance industry
- Experience tracking overtime
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement staffing strategies to meet the organization's needs
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Ensure that each staff member is on schedule with his/her tasks and determine if assistance is needed. Redistribute job duties if necessary.
- Execute disciplinary actions per company policy as needed.
- Prepare the “one-call” schedule each month, rotating holidays.
- Participate on call as needed.
- Always be accessible for questions from the employee “on-call”.
- Review the available shift report daily with the Staffing Department, troubleshoot when needed.
- Assist with staffing and other in-house duties as requested by office management.
- Ensure client courtesy calls are being completed in a timely manner.
- Complete client reassessments as needed, client visits, and pop ups as needed.
- Educate field staff as needed.
- Ensure all service orders are entered correctly and requested prior to expiration.
- Stay on top of monthly drawings.
- Participate in managerial meetings.
- Make sure all employees are clocking in/out. Verbally coach if needed.
- Stay on top of OT and keep it down.
- Imputing service orders, documentation, their start and stop dates
- Serve as back up on-call manager
- Responsible for ensuring coverage for nurse cases and communicating with recruiting as needed.

This is a Full-Time position. Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Will be required to work the occasional weekend (no more than one weekend per month).

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
