Position Description:
We are looking for a self-starting, motivated person who excels at building relationships, enjoys sales, and marketing, and provides excellent customer service. If you have skills in marketing, management, budgeting, event planning, sales, fundraising, and customer service, and are comfortable with public speaking and interacting with diverse audiences, you should consider taking the opportunity to become a professional Scouter. A self-motivated individual with solid time-management skills and strong organizational skills will be successful in this role.
District Executives are a diverse group, sharing a dynamic career offering independence, achievement, and stability. The District Executive manages a designated territory (called a district) consisting of multiple counties or population centers within the Greater St. Louis Area Council’s 63 counties. We are looking for someone to take ownership of growing the district in the key areas of finance, membership, and volunteer development.
Overview:
$44,000 base salary. An additional $10,000 performance incentive bonus is available!
Please note, that a Scouting background is NOT required for the position and covers St. Charles, Missouri, and the surrounding area.

Training:
