Sunshine Quality Solutions is hiring a Small Ag & Turf Customer Account Manager to build strong relationships with key accounts in the agricultural and turf industries. This community-focused role involves managing customer needs, meeting sales goals, and maintaining detailed account records. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in equipment, financing, and risk management, and will represent Sunshine in the sale of equipment, parts, and technology-driven services. Responsibilities:
- Manage key customer accounts to deliver a differentiated experience
- Assess, clarify, and communicate account needs regularly
- Develop solutions that save time, reduce risk, and boost profits
- Create tailored contact plans for each account
- Meet sales volume and objectives
- Influence trade cycles and anticipate future needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records of equipment and operations
- Collaborate with dealership teams to meet customer needs
- Represent the company in sales of equipment, parts, labor, and tech services
- Stay current on products, financing, and risk management options
- Understand customer operational goals in ag/turf industries
- Report competitive activity to management
- Coordinate equipment demos and dealer enterprise team efforts
- Participate in industry associations and training events
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment

Qualifications:
Required:
- 4–5 years of successful equipment sales experience, with a strong track record of performance
- In-depth knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipment, along with awareness of current and emerging ag/turf technologies
- Proven understanding of agronomic operations and industry trends relevant to key customer accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based tools, with strong overall computer skills
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with both current and prospective decision-makers
- Responsible for maintaining a company-assigned vehicle
- Willingness to attend ongoing sales training and industry seminars to stay ahead
Preferred:
- 5+ years of equipment sales experience, ideally in a customer-focused, ag/turf environment
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands for computer and phone tasks
- Must have hearing ability sufficient for in-person and phone communication
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Visual acuity to safely operate a vehicle
