Skills and Abilities
• Effectively communicate with employees, customers and colleagues
• Ability to use hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
• Ability to work and think independently and ensuring to meet deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge
• Knowledge of basic signal flow for audio, video and control
• Ability to manage small to medium projects
Education and/or Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of audiovisual installation experience preferred
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Perform Lead Role on at least 10 project totaling at least $50,000 each and perform lead role on 5 project with a minimum of $250,000
• Valid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets Pinnacle Driving Privileges standards
• Preferred External Training:
o InfoComm Quick Start to the audiovisual industry
o InfoComm CTS General Certification
o OSHA 10-Hour Construction Course
o Extron AV Associate Certification
o Crestron Professional Installation Certification
o Essentials of Crestron Programming
o AMX Intro to Networking for AV Professionals
o AMX Installer
o Introduction to Project Management
